Michael Linenberger
Michael
Linenberger is at the core of New Academy
Publishers.
He is called the
"Efficiency Guru" by the Detroit News,
and has been a
management and technology professional for over
twenty years. Most recently as Vice President of
Technology for Connection to eBay, an Accenture
Service. As a management and technology
consultant with Accenture, he has been advising
and managing projects in the San Francisco Bay
Area for clients such as: eBay, Sun
Microsystems, Cisco, Applied Materials, UPS,
Adecco, and others. Before Accenture, Michael
led the technology department at U.S. Peace
Corps.
Shipping
New Academy Publishers ships using United States
Postal Service. Most orders ship the next
business day. You can use the shipping estimator
on the order page to estimate the shipping costs
before you order.
Note, No International Shipping: Sorry,
no international shipping, even to Canada. We
are a small publishing company and our costs for
manual customs processing is just too high given
the small number of international orders we
receive.
Return Policy
Returns, cancellations, refunds policy:
All shipped or downloaded products have a 90 day
money back guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied, return the product (books and CD's),
or destroy the goods (downloads) and we will
provide you a full refund (postage excluded). Seminars have a full
refund up to 15 days before the event. As
clearly indicated during your registration,
within 15 days of the seminar date, if you
cancel, you will be granted a store credit
applicable to future seminars. This policy is
necessary to protect us against losses from
empty rented classroom space and non-defrayable
instructor costs. Note though, if you fully
attend a seminar but are dissatisfied for any
reason, let us know within 90 days, and a full
refund will be granted. We are that confident in
the quality of our products and seminars.
Privacy
Promise
Our privacy policy is simple: New Academy
Publishers respects your privacy. We do not
sell, rent, or share your information with
anybody. We use customer data only to complete
the sales transaction (if any), or if you opt
in, to send occasional newsletters. Again, we do
not sell, rent, or share your information with
anybody. Period.
California OPPA Compliance in Privacy Policy
California requires the following additional
information be displayed in the privacy policy:
- Information collected during a sales
transaction:
Name, Billing Address, Shipping Address,
Credit Card, E-Mail Address, opt-in
preference.
- Information collected during a
newsletter registration:
E-Mail Address, and first name.
- How to change the information you have
on-file with us: for store information go to the Home Page,
choose Site-Store from the main menu bar,
choose My Account from the main menu bar on
that page. Log In. Click the Update Account
button in the middle of that page. For
newsletter information click the link at the
bottom of any newsletter to change your
information or cancel a subscription.
